Payment Options
Online payments are currently accepted via Paypal. You do not need to create a Paypal account to pay online. All that is required is a valid Visa or Mastercard. If you are having difficulty with placing your order or you would like to purchase a bulk order, please contact orders @ doctormom . me
Shipping
Shipping and handling fees within Canada are calculated based on the order total. A $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $50, a $12.50 fee applies to orders between $50-$100, a $15 fee applies to orders between $100-$200 and a $20 fee applies to orders between $200-300.
Orders are shipped twice per week. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery for online orders placed within Canada. If you purchased the new edition book or workbook, your order will arrive as soon as they are available. The projected date is December 2009.
For US orders, please add an additional $3.50 fee for shipping.
For other international orders, please email orders @ doctormom . me with your order and address. An invoice will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
For large orders (10 books), please email orders @ doctormom . me with your order and address. An invoice will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
Returns
Unused books must be shipped back by courier within 2 days of receiving the order in order to receive a refund. No refunds are offered for CDs.
